Paige Business Venture has a proven recruitment and training strategy which yields dedicated employees and low turnover. It begins during the interview, is supported during training, and nurtured throughout the Paige Business Venture environment. The company has employed three generations of several families. Paige Business Venture hires and mentors young people from the surrounding areas every year.

TRAINING
Drivers receive CDL training as well as regular refresher courses to ensure their driving skills are sharp, and above all safe. Paige Business Venture is a NSTA, ISTA, and IAPT member company and has extensive safety programs including: training and testing of drivers, evacuation drills, safe ridership programs, vehicle inspection standards and extensive drug and alcohol screening.
SCREENING
Paige Business Venture assures that all drivers hired are thoroughly trained and screened. All applicants are fingerprinted and records checked with the Illinois State Police and FBI. These background checks ensure that applicants have no convictions that would preclude them from driving a school bus, while at the same time protecting our children.
